Enter the name of your company.

You'll be taken to your main dashboard where you can:

• Book an introductory meeting with a Fractional Executive
• Search for a Fractional Executive
• See who you have connected with
• Access invoices

From the main dashboard click Your Profile where you can enter the search criteria. First select the functinal leader.

Select where your business sits in the growth cycle e.g. pre-launch vs enterprise.

Select the type of leadership style you are looking for e.g. operational vs strategic.

Select if you want a fractional leader who operates in your sector or outside.

FindaFractional^® will present the senior leaders whose profiles meet your search requirements.

You can click into each profile to get a deeper understanding of the Fractional Executives' expertise. You can view:

• Service offerings & cost
• Request a customised quotation for a defined project
• View a short introductory video
• See additional details including professional and academic certifications

Once you have found suitable candidates, you can book a free introductory meeting through the platform's scheduler. You can discuss your requirements and determine if the fractional executive is a strong fit for your business.
