Every fractional executive is vetted before being listed on the platform. No gig workers. No unverified consultants. Only credible, experienced leaders who meet the standards expected by UK businesses.
Our Vetting Process
Most platforms let anyone create a profile. We don’t.
FindaFractional® only approves applicants with verified C-suite experience, professional indemnity insurance, and a track record of delivering results in a fractional capacity.
Once vetted, you can build your profile and start meeting with businesses needing your expertise.

C-Suite Experience (Mandatory)
Every executive goes through a structured, human-validated process.
We check:
- Minimum 3–5+ years in a genuine C-level role (e.g., CFO, COO, CMO, CIO, CTO, CSO, CRO, etc.)
- CV / LinkedIn
- Employer validation
- Board-level reporting lines
- Referenceable achievements

Fractional Experience (Mandatory Unless on Pathway)
Every fractional executive on the platform must have a minimum 1+ years operating as a fractional executive, with evidence of:
- Client engagements
- Sector experience
- Deliverables
- Recommendations or case references
Note: Executives transitioning into fractional work are encouraged to complete an approved 10-week executive coaching programme before being listed.

Identity & Company Credentials
We verify:
- Legal identity
- Limited company / LLP status
- VAT registration (if applicable)
- Trading history
Our checks ensure legitimacy and protects both parties.

Professional Standards & Accreditations
We validate:
- Chartered status (e.g., CIM, CIMA, CIPD, CII, etc.)
- Fellowships
- Industry certifications
- Technical qualifications (security, finance, HR, technology)
Accreditations are displayed prominently on each profile.

Conduct & Reputation Checks
We also review:
- Online presence
- Behavioural integrity
- Red flags or complaints
- Abnormal claims or inflated achievements
- Alignment with FindaFractional’s professional code
This ensures the platform maintains a reliable, trustworthy community of fractional executives.

Who We Do Not Accept
To protect hiring organisations and maintain the integrity of the marketplace, we do not accept:

❌ Unverified CVs or credentials
❌ Consultants without C-suite experience
❌ Side-hustlers or uncommitted operators
❌ Individuals without leadership-level evidence
❌ Anyone who fails conduct or reputation checks
❌ New freelancers positioning themselves as “fractional”
