Creating Your Profile - For Fractional Executives

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to create your FindaFractional® profile.

step 1

Start Onboarding

Once you've completed the credential survey and met our requirements, you'll be issued a link to onboard yourself onto the platform. You will need the following items:

  • Company banking details
  • A copy of your professional indemnity insurance
  • Photo ID (passport or driving licence)
  • A recent photo of you
  • A script describing your experience to record a short video

We recommend setting aside 45 minutes.

Simply enter:

  1. Your name as you want it to appear on the platform
  2. Your preferred email address
  3. Your phone number (mobile or landline)
Step 3

Upload Professional Indemnity Insurance

It is mandatory that you upload a copy of your current professional indemnity insurance certificate. The minimum level is £1 million.

step 4

Upload Other Documents (Optional)

Here you can upload other documents to demonstrate your expertise or credentials. Examples might include:

  • Degree certificate
  • Post-graduate education certificates
  • Regulatory body certificates
  • Chartered certificates

This is optional and you can skip to the next section. You can add these certificates once your profile has been built.

step 5

Enter Your Day Rate

You can enter the day rate you offer. Once you have completed your profile, you can add customised rates for retainers or projects.

step 6

Enter Your Availability

If you have Calendly set up, you can connect and synch your diary to the platform. Prospects will be able to see when you're available.

If you don't have Calendly, you can manually select your availability for taking prospect calls. You can adjust this at any time through your profile settings.

step 7

Link Bank Account

Here you will be asked to setup a payment account. The platform uses Stripe to transfer payments.

You will need to provide:

  • Your personal details
  • Bank account details
  • National Insurance Number
  • Have a valid photo ID (passport or driving licence)

If you already have a Stripe account linked to your bank, you can connect to that.

step 8

Once you've added your bank details, you will be asked to confirm linking your bank account to Stripe.

step 9

Your Expertise

Once your bank has been linked, you will be asked some questions about your expertise. Simply select from the drop down menus.

step 10

Create a Bio

Profile Photo: You can upload a photo that will be your main profile image. Make sure the photo is recent, you have a plain background, and you can clearly see your face.

About Summary: You can write a summary telling potential clients about your experience and approach. You can insert hyperlinks to your LinkedIn or professional website. We recommend you keep this concise and make it easy to scan read.

step 11

Record a Welcome Video

Through the platform you can record a video that gives potential clients more information about you. You can also use a smart device to mke the recording and upload the file.

Consider drafting a script that you can rehearse, or read it from you computer. We have an example script you can download below to get you started.

We recommend that you keep the video to 60-90 seconds for maximum engagement. You can reshoot the video anytime from your dashboard settings.

step 12

Set Up Complete

Once you have completed setting up your profile, you'll be taken to your personal dashboard.

step 13

Your Dashboard

Your dashboard is where you can go back and upload credential documents, change your settings and update your profile and video.

You can also keep track of your introduction meetings with prospects and client payments. The dashboard is very intuituve to use and there is a help wizard should you have any questions.
